Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Sioux Falls is seeking a CT Imaging Specialist to support the Manager by overseeing CT operations, training staff, and ensuring policy compliance. You will perform diagnostic CT procedures, explain procedures to patients, and maintain accurate records to meet quality and legal standards.

The role also involves assisting with budgeting, policy development, and ensuring clinical competency, while managing daily department operations in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification with relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications required upon hire.
• 1-3 years of CT experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Perform diagnostic CT procedures and explain them to patients.
• Assist with record-keeping, policy review, and compliance.
• Support department budgeting and development of policies and protocols.
• Manage daily operations and assume leadership in the Manager's absence.
