Job summary

Cone Health seeks a Supervisor CT Technologist to lead the CT team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety. The role focuses on scheduling, training, performance reviews, and adherence to regulatory standards in a fast-paced radiology department.

The supervisor will coordinate exams, ensure accurate documentation and billing, and drive accreditation readiness while promoting workflow efficiency and staff development in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CT experience required.
• Leadership role with staff oversight and mentoring.
• BLS CPR required (ARRT/NMTCB equivalents acceptable).
• Experience ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily CT operations, staffing, workflow, and patient services.
• Ensures accurate timekeeping and staff development through coaching and appraisals.
• Performs routine and special CT exams following established protocols to optimize dose and accuracy.
• Completes exams and documentation in the system and supports correct billing.
• Maintains annual competencies and oversees ACR accreditation processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
