Responsibilities

• Produces diagnostic-quality CT images using approved protocols.
• Applies professional judgment to optimize image quality.
• Reviews images and initiates corrective actions if needed.
• Operates imaging equipment and maintains readiness.
• Maintains accurate documentation in medical records and PACS.
• Verifies orders and confirms protocol.
• Positions patient and uses ALARA principles during examinations.
