Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a CT technologist to perform routine and specialized CT examinations and prepare patients for imaging. You will adapt procedures under radiologist direction to achieve targeted diagnostic results, while maintaining safety and equipment readiness across shifts.

The role emphasizes precise technique, fast turnaround, and collaboration with radiologists and the Medical Imaging team to ensure high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification within 1 year.
• ARRT Radiography (R) certification required.
• BLS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT procedures accurately and efficiently for patients of all ages.
• Demonstrates competency in CT radiographic and specialized procedures.
• Adapts procedures when patient conditions require it or per radiologist request.
• Maintains equipment knowledge; reports issues and ensures safety standards.
