Next Move Healthcare in Peoria, IL is seeking an experienced CT Manager / Medical Imaging Manager to provide operational and strategic leadership for Medical Imaging services.

This role oversees imaging quality, financial, capital and human resources, ensuring compliant, patient-centered care while driving department performance and staff development.

The position offers a day-shift schedule, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and PSLF-eligible employer status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of imaging experience in a medical center-based imaging department.
• Backgrounds may include CT, MRI, Diagnostic Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, or other imaging modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with solid computer skills, including Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within assigned Medical Imaging services.
• Manage financial, capital, and human resources.
• Establish and monitor department quality and productivity standards.
• Identify performance or operational concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain departmental policies and procedures; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support high-quality and reliable imaging services.
• Lead, develop, and support Medical Imaging team members.
• Monitor department workflow and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and organizational leadership.
• Ensure appropriate handling of confidential patient information.
• Promote a patient-centered and high-performance department culture.
