Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and staff; answer phones; schedule appointments; provide general information.
• Enter patient information into systems and ensure accurate charting and documentation.
• Assist with acquisition and distribution of digital patient records and imaging files.
• Prepare rooms and supplies; support pre/post procedure activities under supervision.
• Coordinate patient transportation and discharge processes as needed.
