CollegeSpring is seeking an Executive Director, Florida to lead our state operations, expand partnerships, and secure sustainable funding. You will oversee program quality, regional staff, and strategic collaborations with districts, foundations, and education leaders.

The role combines fundraising, business development, and organizational leadership to improve student outcomes. Travel regularly within Florida is expected, with remote coordination across the state and a focus on scaling impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in education, nonprofit, or public sector.
• Proven success in fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Grow CollegeSpring's Florida presence and revenue through partnerships and funder engagement.
• Lead regional team, coach staff, and ensure program quality and partner satisfaction.
• Develop executive-level relationships with school districts and funders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the region.
• Collaborate with national teams to align regional goals with program standards.
• Represent CollegeSpring with education leaders and policymakers in Florida.
