Job summary

Shaw Contract Connecticut seeks motivated Commercial Sales Trainees to learn and execute the sales process across designated territories, building strong relationships with architects, designers, dealers, and end-users to support projects and growth.

The program runs 10–12 weeks at Shaw’s corporate headquarters in northwest Georgia with housing options; ideal candidates are recent graduates willing to relocate to Connecticut and pursue a long-term business-to-business sales career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Recent college graduate or early in sales career.
• Willingness to relocate within the Connecticut market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive mindset with desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
