Shaw Industries, Inc. in Dalton, GA is launching an 8–10 week Residential Sales Trainee program designed to develop the next generation of sales professionals. You’ll receive hands-on training, real-world experience, and coaching while learning Shaw’s products, customers, and market strategy.

After training, you’ll become a Territory Manager at a U.S. location, applying what you learned with support from sales leaders; travel is required, and relocation to a market area in the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Interest in a long-term career in sales.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Willingness to relocate to a market area in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete an 8–10 week sales training program at Shaw’s headquarters in northwest Georgia.
• After training, be placed as Territory Manager at a U.S. sales location, applying what you’ve learned with the support of sales leaders.
• Learn Shaw’s products, customers, and market strategy.
