This program prepares you for an Account Executive role with Shaw Contract or Patcraft in an assigned territory, with relocation possible based on market opportunities. The role focuses on executing the sales process, building relationships with architects, designers and end-users, and presenting flooring solutions across commercial markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate following completion of training based on available sales territories
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a business-to-business sales career
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Execute the sales process within designated territories while building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Develop relationships with architects, designers, end-users and other key decision-makers.
