Bechtel is seeking a CSUICS Specialist to oversee startup, commissioning, and initial operation of a large gas-fired data center power project. You will coordinate with mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems teams to complete testing from components to integrated operation.

The role requires strong expertise in commissioning of utility-scale power facilities, adherence to Bechtel procedures, and collaboration with client management to ensure on-time delivery and safe operation.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience
• Extensive knowledge of commissioning in large-scale power projects
• Familiar with OEM turbine controls, safety systems, and control valve calibration
• Excellent communication, oral and written, with management and client staff

Responsabilités

• Assist in startup and commissioning activities for the project scope
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction and client teams
• Prepare portions of operations manuals and testing procedures
• Develop plans, procedures, schedules and budgets for assigned scope
• Set up progress reporting and adjust plans as necessary
• Supervise and review work of assigned engineers and staff
• Provide technical advice and resolve engineering questions
