Zusammenfassung

Sulzer Pump Services (US) Inc. is seeking an experienced pump repair technician to support repair and maintenance of Sulzer pumps and other manufacturers’ equipment. Work is performed under limited supervision and in strict accordance with customer, OEM and industry standards.

You will assemble, disassemble, inspect and report on components, determine root causes, select repair materials per BOM, and balance and test pumps to spec. Travel to customer sites and overtime may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five (5) years of pump repair experience.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, precision measuring and testing equipment and machine shop equipment.
• Pump repair experience preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to travel to and work at customer sites.
• Ability to work overtime.

About the role

Under limited supervision, performs all necessary tasks in the repair and maintenance of Sulzer Pumps' and all other manufacturers' pumping equipment while strictly adhering to customer, OEM and industry standard specifications. Follows department policy and procedures manual.
