Established in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) is a multi-site, mission-driven non-profit organization employing over 700 staff dedicated to providing high-quality patient care throughout the Merrimack Valley. Recognized nationally for leadership in community medicine—including family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics—GLFHC operates multiple clinical sites and sponsors the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program.

GLFHC is seeking a Community Support Services (CSS), Clinical Services Director. This role involves strategic planning, development, administration, and monitoring of HIV, Hepatitis C, Medical Assisted Treatment, and community services. Responsibilities include supervising team workflows, leading quality improvement projects, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with grants and contracts. The Director develops policies and maintains positive community relationships.

Qualifications

• Ensure standardization of HIV, Hep C, and Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) care across sites by supervising clinical staff on core competencies and grant requirements.
• Oversee the Continuous Quality Improvement program related to HIV, Hep C, and OBAT.
• Manage all reporting and oversight of programs, grants, and quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies in collaboration with medical leadership, ensuring alignment with GLFHC policies.
• Conduct annual patient satisfaction surveys and needs assessments, communicating findings to stakeholders.
• Lead grant writing efforts to sustain and expand CSS services, and pursue funding collaborations and agreements.
• Foster constructive relationships between CSS staff and other departments.
• Design HRSA, BPHC, and DPH work plans and manage CSS administration in the absence of other managers.
• Ensure grant budgets are fully expended and contracted services comply with standards.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HIV, Hep C, and Addiction Treatment services.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current MA RN license and BLS certification.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
