Job Duties

• Answer incoming and outbound calls to book member inspections; report to the Office Manager.
• Recognize that incoming calls are the first impression the client will have of the company.
• Demonstrate good communication and maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor on the phone and otherwise.
• Answer each telephone call before the fourth ring.
• Notify clients promptly if the plumber will not arrive within the scheduled time window.
• Call customers with our membership to book annual appointments.
• Maintain a sales mentality critical to the position.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills.
• Good computer software skills.
• Prior customer service and phone sales experience preferred.

Compensation

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
