You will manage inbound/outbound calls, schedule service requests, and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system. This role includes light bookkeeping, lead management, and promoting service agreements, with an emphasis on calm, professional interaction across diverse customer scenarios.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with technology and software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and always on time.
• Excellent at following up and seeing requests or projects through to completion.
• Coachable and curious about the plumbing and HVAC industry with a natural desire to learn new things.
• A sense of urgency, impeccable follow-through skills, great attention to detail, and highly organized.
• A calm personality and the ability to diplomatically interact with challenging customers.
• A self-starter who quickly finishes tasks.
