Job summary

Mr. Appliance is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Parts Specialist to join our Waterford, Michigan team in person. This role supports daily operations by delivering an excellent customer experience while managing parts, inventory, and office processes.

The successful candidate will be phone-friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and eager to learn the appliance service business. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay, paid time off, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in customer service, parts, inventory, or related administrative work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, confident telephone manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Experience with learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate appointment details.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and follow-ups.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, management, vendors, and customers.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information in the company software system.
• Monitor open service calls and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Help ensure customers receive timely updates and a positive service experience.
• Process customer payments and assist with related administrative duties.
