Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Texas is seeking a full-time Insurance Customer Service Specialist to deliver professional service to customers and support policy questions. You will process payments, assist with quotes, renewals, and cancellations, and assist with marketing for new business when needed.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, is bilingual English/Spanish, and can pass state licensing requirements. A High School Diploma and reliable transportation are required.
