Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Texas is seeking a full‑time customer service agent to handle policy inquiries, payments, and renewals. You will identify customer needs, assist with new business opportunities, and maintain an orderly workspace.

Expect FNOL tasks and vehicle inspections as part of the role, with some light marketing involvement. The position requires a high school diploma, good communication, and the ability to pass state licensing requirements.
