Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Birmingham, AL is seeking a full-time Insurance CSR to deliver professional, courteous service to internal and external customers. You will answer policy questions, accept payments, and process transactions.

You will identify customer needs, follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations, assist with marketing, keep the office tidy, and handle FNOL vehicle inspections. A high school diploma and bilingual English/Spanish are helpful.

• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections)
• Position is full time
• Other duties as assigned
