Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Texas is seeking a full-time insurance customer service representative who delivers professional, courteous service to internal and external customers. You will answer questions about policies, take payments, and identify client needs to support policy growth and renewals.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish ability, strong communication, and the ability to pass state licensing requirements.
