Job summary

Food For The Poor, a leading international relief and development nonprofit, seeks a Corporate Giving & CSR Assistant to support the Corporate Development team. You will handle donor summaries, meeting notes, CRM updates, and workplace giving activities, helping ensure accurate records and timely communications.

In this role you will coordinate with the Corporate Relations team, assist in reporting, and help manage campaign content and donor inquiries.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative, data entry, or coordination experience.
• Experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or corporate environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Relations and CSR function.
• Prepare basic materials such as donor summaries, meeting notes, and internal documents.
• Organize digital files, forms, and corporate giving resources.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars as requested.
• Monitor matching gift systems and flag pending actions for follow-up.
• Enter and update donor and corporate engagement information in CRM systems.
