The Corporate Giving & CSR Assistant provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Corporate Development team, with a primary focus on workplace giving, matching gifts, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and related corporate engagement activities. This role supports the efficient administration of corporate giving programs through accurate processing, tracking, documentation, and follow-up related to employee giving campaigns, matching gift opportunities, and corporate donor interactions. Assist in processing workplace giving and matching gift submissions through corporate platforms (e.g., Benevity, CyberGrants, YourCause)
Working closely with the Manager, Corporate Relations, Business Development and CSR, the Assistant helps maintain organized systems, accurate records, and timely communication across corporate giving platforms and internal databases. The role also supports report preparation, campaign coordination, donor inquiries, meeting logistics, and general administrative activities that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Corporate Development function.
