Job summary

Corner Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare team in St Cloud, MN. This role involves handling customer interactions, order processing, and insurance verification in the durable medical equipment field.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Take customer orders and accurately enter information into the computer system.
• Assist walk-in customers with product questions, retail sales, and order support.
• Initiate insurance verification and collect required insurance information.
• Prepare billing documentation including CMNs, waivers, and required forms.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with customers and referral sources.
• Balance the daily till and assist with deposit preparation as needed.
• Support inventory management and maintain a clean, organized retail environment.
• Participate in company training, in-services, and on-call duties as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by branch management.

We will train the right person—medical terminology or billing experience is a plus but not required.
