Job summary

Lifetime Roofing in Spring, TX is seeking a CSR Administrative Assistant to be the face and voice of the company while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. This hybrid & on-site, full-time role offers a salary between $45,000 and $60,000 plus a production bonus.

You will support customer service, manage data in our CRM, assist with scheduling, and collaborate with marketing. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, administrative support or receptionist role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Proficiency in Google, Gmail, Word, Excel, Outlook; CRM experience with Acculynx and CompanyCam; social media familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: answer calls, set appointments, respond to emails, greet clients professionally.
• Problem solving: address inquiries, resolve complaints, provide accurate product/service details.
• Data Management: maintain customer records, invoices, and CRM data.
• Administrative Support: manage scheduling, files, reports, and marketing collateral; assist social media tasks.
• Team Collaboration: support management and other departments on special projects.
