Job summary

Community Veterinary Partners is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to greet clients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and support our veterinary team in Flourtown, PA. You will be the friendly voice and face of our practice, handling prescriptions and payments while maintaining precise client records.

In this role, you\'ll play a vital part in creating positive experiences for both pets and their people — from the first phone call to the final farewell at checkout.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and compassion
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Handling prescription requests (in person, over the phone, and via fax)
• Updating electronic patient records and uploading medical files/images
• Checking in/out patients and managing payments
• Collaborating with doctors and technicians to support client needs
• Educating pet owners about our products, services, and wellness plans
