Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be the face of the hospital, delivering warm, professional service to clients and their pets while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and assisting with products, prescriptions, and pet care guidance. Previous veterinary office experience is a plus in a fast-paced setting.
