Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a skilled Central Sterile Processing Technician for Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. You will decontaminate and sterilize instruments, assemble case carts, and ensure accurate documentation and handling of sterile items.

Responsibilities include preparing instrument trays, inspecting instruments for cleanliness, maintaining storage and shipping processes, and supporting perioperative teams with timely instrument delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical/Sterile processing training preferred.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred.
• Experience: >10 months CSPD experience required.
• 1 year certified tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate instrumentation and medical equipment.
• Assemble, prep and pack instrumentation; inspect and label.
• Sterilize instruments following procedures and monitor validation.
• Assemble case carts and manage sterile storage; maintain inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
