Job summary

SIPS Healthcare in Chicago is seeking a CSPD Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead the CSPD team in a fast-paced, patient-safety focused environment. You will oversee daily workflow, ensure instrument readiness, and drive quality through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.

You will coach staff, manage attendance and performance issues, and serve as a liaison with the corporate office to support a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• CSPD Certification (HSPA/CBSPD) is required.
• Minimum of three years CSPD experience required.
• Some college or college-level courses preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• CIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the CSPD unit.
• Provide on-floor supervision for the assigned shift.
• Oversee workflow and staffing to meet demand and budget.
• Monitor quality issues and regulatory compliance.
• Support annual performance reviews and coaching.
• Coordinate with department leadership for improvements.
