Lead the Operation. Develop the Team. Drive the Standard.
We’re looking for a hands-on CSPD Manager who brings more than technical expertise—you bring a genuine passion for people, leadership, and creating a team that takes pride in what they do. In this role, you’ll oversee all sterile processing and distribution functions, from decontamination and sterilization through instrument assembly, case cart accuracy, and timely delivery to the OR and ancillary departments. You’ll be an active presence in the department, supporting your team, partnering with other leaders, and helping ensure our standards of quality and patient safety are consistently met.
We’re looking for a leader who is confident, fair, and comfortable having the conversations that come with leadership. You’ll be responsible for addressing attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency while also recognizing opportunities to coach, develop, and encourage your team. You should be comfortable delegating and empowering others while also knowing when to roll up your sleeves and jump in. Strong communication, follow-through, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential, as you’ll work closely with executive leadership and help turn expectations into action.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with SIPS and grow as a leader. If you’re a change agent who builds trust, communicates openly, holds high standards, and brings people along through change, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact—not only on sterile processing operations, but on the people and culture that make the department successful.
The Manager will coordinate and monitor all sterile processing and distribution functions such as decontamination, preparation/packaging, sterilization of surgical instruments, and case carts. Responsible for the supervision of all Central Sterile Supply activities, staff scheduling, shift management and the coordination of surgical instruments and supplies to the OR and ancillary departments.
