Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a CSP Team Lead to coordinate daily CSP delivery under the Contractor Program Manager’s supervision for a U.S. government client. This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship and is contingent on contract award and customer approval.

The candidate will manage project plans, schedules, risks, and reporting, while overseeing documentation, training, configuration, and release activities in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT or computer sciences.
• 5+ years of experience related to oversight and management of project/contract operations involving multiple projects, tasks or personnel.
• 3+ years demonstrated Federal Government Accounting or Federal Financial Management experience.
• Direct experience managing DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
• Leadership of Federal sector projects similar in size and scope to CSP support, Project Management experience, and communications with the highest management levels.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, FAC P/PM Level I or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, risks and actions; coordinate monthly CBM/CMM reporting, customer meetings, financial analyses and annual/FYE activities.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and consistency and coordinate documentation, training, configuration and change/release work.
