Qualifications

• Experience in security, IT, CCTV, data analysis, or public safety is valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate surveillance and access control systems to support CSOC operations.
• Monitor live video feeds and data sources for safety issues and incidents.
• Identify and locate evidence, prepare accurate written statements.
• Report suspicious activity with time, date, and camera location.
• Gather intelligence from multiple sources to support investigations.
• Prepare concise reports and statistics in compliance with standards.
• Attend training and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
