Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a CSOC Specialist to support the Corporate Security Operations Center. The role involves monitoring surveillance systems, analyzing feeds, and coordinating communications to track activities and incidents.

You will generate concise reports, gather intelligence from multiple sources, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working in a collaborative team environment. The position may require nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 60 credit hours plus 2 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Military, emergency services, security, IT, cybersecurity, CCTV or public safety experience accepted.
• Ability to handle multiple technologies with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate surveillance and access control systems to support CSOC operations.
• Monitor live video feeds and data sources to detect safety issues and assist during incidents.
• Demonstrate attention to detail locating addresses, footage, and related data.
• Report suspicious activity and incidents with time, date, and camera location.
• Gather intelligence from multiple sources to support corporate security and investigations.
• Prepare concise reports including statistical summaries in compliance with standards.
• Follow protocols, attend training, and work nights and weekends.
