Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a CSOC Specialist in Tulsa to support the Corporate Security Operations Center. The role involves monitoring video, open-source data, and various surveillance technologies, and to coordinate communications and incident response with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or 60 credit hours, plus related security or IT experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 60 hours from an accredited college or university; 2 years’ related experience or 2 years’ experience in emergency services, military, security, IT, cybersecurity, CCTV operations, data analysis, investigations, dispatch and logistics, drone operations, or public safety; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Cardinal directions and map navigation
• Microsoft Windows and Office Suite software
• Understand and adhere to all applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrate speed, fluidity, and accuracy while concurrently operating multiple technologies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of highly sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate surveillance and access control systems to support CSOC operations
• Monitor live video feeds and data sources to detect safety issues and assist during incidents
• Locate addresses, footage, and data to resolve security concerns
• Report suspicious activity and incidents with time, date, and camera location
• Gather intelligence from multiple sources to support investigations
• Prepare concise reports and statistical summaries in line with standards
• Follow protocols, respond to evidence requests, and participate in training
• Work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
