CSM Flooring is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate in Greensboro, NC. This role involves assisting with daily logistics, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will count stock, maintain records, and help with loading/unloading for deliveries. A valid driver’s license and experience with inventory software are preferred; forklift certification and Spanish-speaking ability are a plus.

CSM Flooring, a leading family-owned flooring retailer in the Triad, is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily logistics, including receiving, processing, and organizing incoming stock and materials.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, ensuring all inventory is properly stored and managed.
• Help with loading and unloading materials for deliveries.
• Accurately count stock and maintain detailed inventory records.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and dexterity.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Experience with electronic inventory management software is preferred.
• Forklift Operation Certification is a plus.
• Some Spanish-speaking ability is a bonus!

Job Details

Pay: $15 - $17 per hour

Schedule: M-F; 7:30am-4:30pm

Location: Greensboro, NC (On-site)
