Elektrik App Inc. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to drive daily operations under the Warehouse Manager. You will perform receiving, put-away, accurate order picking and packing, and equipment prep to support growth.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient processing of shipments in a fast-paced environment. Based in Gardner, NC, this in-person position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management software or scanners preferred.

Mansioni

• Receive, inspect, unload, and process incoming materials and inventory shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and consolidate customer orders accurately according to pick sheets and project requirements.
• Assist with stocking aisles, moving inventory, and placing parts in designated bin locations.
• Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory auditing tasks.
• Prepare equipment and products for deployment, safely operating power tools and assembly equipment when required.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse aisles, workstations, and loading docks.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.
• Regularly work in an outside yard using basic construction tools to drill into Fiberglass Cabinets.

Duties / Responsibilities
