Job summary

Legacy Professional Services seeks a Construction Manager – Quality Control to lead QA/QC activities for CSLA scopes on hyperscale data center projects. You will work with project leadership, design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure CSLA work meets contract documents, codes, and owner standards.

You’ll oversee site development, foundations, building envelope, and related finishes, identifying issues early and coordinating corrective actions to support subsequent MEP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction quality control on large-scale projects.
• Experience with civil, structural, and/or architectural scopes.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, QA/QC, codes and standards.
• Experience reviewing civil/structural/architectural drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, design teams, testing agencies, inspectors, client representatives, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for Civil, Structural, Landscape, and Architectural scopes throughout construction.
• Perform field inspections to verify compliance with contract docs, codes, and owner standards.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and installation methods for quality conflicts.
• Monitor site work including grading, utilities, concrete, and infrastructure activities.
• Oversee QA/QC for foundations, structural concrete, steel, embeds, and related components.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, mock-ups, and special inspections with partners.
• Identify and track deficiencies and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate QA/QC interfaces with MEP, Commissioning, and other teams.
• Maintain ITPs, inspection reports, test docs, and deficiency logs.
• Support project closeout with complete CSLA turnover documentation.
