Job summary

Legacy Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager - Quality Control to lead QA/QC for Civil, Structural, Landscape, and Architectural scopes on hyperscale data center projects. You will work with project leadership, design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure quality aligns with contract documents and owner standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction quality control, field engineering, construction management, or field supervision on large-scale projects.
• Experience with civil, structural, and/or architectural scopes.
• Strong understanding of construction means/methods, inspection practices, quality management, and codes/standards.
• Experience reviewing civil/structural/architectural drawings, submittals, RFIs, and related docs.
• Experience performing field inspections and coordinating corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC for Civil, Structural, Landscape, and Architectural scopes throughout construction.
• Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with contract documents and codes.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings for quality requirements.
• Monitor site activities (grading, utilities, concrete, structural steel, building envelope, finishes).
• Coordinate inspections, testing, mock-ups, and special inspections with subcontractors and clients.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve deficiencies and punch-lists.
• Coordinate CSLA quality with MEP, commissioning, and other teams.
• Maintain ITPs, inspection reports, test docs, and turnover records.
