Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking a CSL Program Manager to direct operations for Community Supported Living in the region, implementing Individual and Behavioral Support Plans and supervising supports with a focus on budget compliance and quality outcomes.

You will work with key functional areas to ensure program excellence, oversee development of services, and support individuals in home and community settings with a dedicated leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience managing behaviors and diverse medical needs.
• Associate degree or higher.
• Strong leadership and development skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Direct Support Professionals in individuals’ homes and apartments including training, supervision, scheduling and performance appraisals.
• Ensures needs and desires of individuals are met or exceeded through staff utilization.
• Manages program personnel and coverage; participates in on-call responsibilities and direct care as needed.
• Maintains a safe home environment compliant with organizational policies and regulations.
• Provides strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
