Responsibilities

• Assesses and evaluates patient care needs and applies critical thinking.
• Integrates assessment and intervention skills in nursing care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate the care plan.
• Prioritizes patient care, teaching, rounding, and planning after hospital care.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
