Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a CSI Coordinator to drive guest feedback initiatives at River Oaks KIA. This role supports the Service Department by pulling surveys, analyzing results, and coordinating follow-up to improve guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Download and create reports from manufacturer surveys
• Reviews Survey feedback with Manager
• Follow up with guest on incomplete surveys to build survey response
• Follow up with guest in partnership with Service Manager to address and resolve any concerns
• Answer phone calls forthe Service Department
• Assist with scheduling appointments in the Service Department

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Automotive Dealership experience
• CDK experience preferred
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
