Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a mechanical field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and piping systems and related codes.
• Experience with design details, construction practices, and quality standards.
• Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead projects from award through closeout with proper scheduling.
• Monitor financial performance, cost projections, and profitability.
• Procure materials, issue subcontracts, and oversee subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project billings.
• Coordinate with Safety for jobsite compliance and risk.
• Ensure performance and closeout with warranty and O&M turnover.
