Job summary

WestCoast Children's Clinic in Oakland, CA seeks a CSEC Training Associate to support statewide training providers in addressing exploited minors. The role entails delivering trainings, developing curricula, and engaging diverse caregivers and professionals across multiple sectors.

The Training Associate will help implement trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and related topics, while coordinating curriculum development and ensuring alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytic, and leadership skills.
• Can manage multiple tasks concurrently, adjust to seasonal workload.
• Experience working with diverse communities and promoting diversity.
• Understanding of child welfare and juvenile justice systems.

• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and supports implementation of CSEC/LT trainings, including new or revised training curricula and materials.
• Exhibits cultural responsiveness and engages diverse individuals and communities in training.
• Helps promote trainings and related programs and educational events.
• Provides feedback on training curricula and training processes.
