Job summary

WestCoast Children’s Clinic in Oakland, CA is seeking a part-time CSEC Training Associate to support statewide training providers and help better care for exploited minors. The role involves delivering trainings on CSEC and labor trafficking, developing curriculum, and engaging diverse audiences including caregivers, professionals, and educators.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable youth in professional settings.
• Experience working with sexually exploited, high‑risk and transition‑age youth in foster care or probation.
• Experience developing and delivering trainings or presentations.
• Ability to present to diverse audiences including caregivers, family, law enforcement, educators.
• Comfort presenting to large groups and receiving evaluations on performance.
• Clean CA DMV record, current car insurance, and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and supports implementation of CSEC/LT trainings, including new or revised training curricula and materials.
• Exercises cultural responsiveness through ongoing efforts to engage diverse individuals, groups, and communities in the training program.
• Helps promote trainings and related programs and educational events.
• Provides feedback on training curricula and training processes.
