BVCOG/BVCAP is seeking a CSBG Case Manager I to support low-income individuals through intake, eligibility, and needs assessment, helping clients move toward self-sufficiency under CSBG guidelines and TDHCA rules. The role requires documenting case notes, coordinating referrals, maintaining monthly client contact, and building relationships with community partners while complying with contract reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must complete ROMA or CCAP certification within time.
• Minimum of 24 hours of professional development each year.

Responsibilities

• Process client applications and determine eligibility.
• Provide case management coaching for TOP clients.
• Maintain monthly contact to develop Service Delivery Plans and coordinate referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and attend interagency meetings.
• Attend CSBG/TDHCA training and ensure contract compliance.
