Envision Health Inc. seeks a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor – Supervisee (CSAC-S) to provide individual and group counseling within the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Board of Counseling registration as CSAC-S.

• Familiarity with ASAM criteria and IOP programming.
• Ability to work under required supervision and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured SUD counseling and psychoeducational groups.
• Conduct individual counseling within scope of practice under supervision.
• Develop ISPs and monitor progress toward goals.
• Participate in ASAM Level 2.1 IOP services and coordinate transitions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in EHR and ensure compliance.
