Job summary

You will coach a high-performing team, manage resources, engage clients, and align with Worley's standards and global delivery network to grow CSA capability in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• U.S. citizenship required due to project and facility access.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in West Virginia, or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
• Willingness to relocate to Charleston, West Virginia and be based in the office.
• Experience leading civil, structural, and architectural engineering projects in EPC, consulting, or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the CSA discipline, ensuring alignment with Worley's processes and governance framework.
• Lead departmental performance through effective planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and elevate operational and project-related risks, collaborating with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.
• Foster strong collaboration across disciplines, project teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors to support successful project delivery.
• Oversee departmental administrative activities, including workforce planning, timesheet approvals, and expense management.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team capable of delivering projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the Worley framework.
