Job summary

RigUp is seeking aSenior CSA Engineer to provide senior technical leadership and project execution oversight for complex industrial and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate directly with Clients, GID, and Home Office teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and commercially viable delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Active PE licensure where mandated by jurisdiction.
• 10+ years CSA engineering experience with at least 3 years in leadership or PM role.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering packages and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and execution across the CSA scope, ensuring compliance with client guidelines and safety standards.
• Oversee technical documentation, procurement, bid evaluations, and vendor data reviews.
• Manage stakeholder interfaces among Clients, GID, and Home Office teams.
• Support constructability, operability, and maintainability reviews; develop construction and handover plans.
• Drive quality assurance and review engineering work for accuracy and completeness.
• Champion health, safety, and sustainability throughout asset lifecycle.
• Support project controls and budgeting within approved schedules and financial boundaries.
