• Willingness to relocate to Charleston, WV and periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the CSA discipline in Worley’s Charleston, WV office.
• Drive department performance with planning, resource management, and continuous improvement.
• Lead CSA scope development, bid support, and client engagements.
• Mentor engineers and discipline leaders, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with Worley engineering practices, codes, and standards.
