Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction for the CSA discipline in Worley’s Charleston, WV office.
Drive department performance with planning, resource management, and continuous improvement.
Lead CSA scope development, bid support, and client engagements.
Mentor engineers and discipline leaders, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Ensure compliance with Worley engineering practices, codes, and standards.
