Job summary

Worley seeks a Department Manager for Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineering in Charleston, WV. You will lead the CSA discipline, drive project delivery, and mentor a team while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications, with a focus on growth and collaboration across Worley’s global delivery network. US citizenship required; relocation to Charleston may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or equivalent experience.
• US citizenship required for the role.
• Professional Engineer licensure (PE) in WV or ability to obtain.
• Willingness to relocate to Charleston, WV and reside locally.
• Progressive leadership experience directing civil/structural/architectural teams in EPC/consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA discipline with Worley processes and objectives.
• Drive performance via planning, resources, and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and develop practical mitigation with stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines and clients.
• Oversee staffing, timesheets, and expense management.
• Mentor engineers and foster growth within the team.
• Support proposals, bids, and client engagement.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
