Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior CSA Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership and project execution oversight for complex industrial and infrastructure projects. This is a highly visible, client-facing role based onsite at our Charleston, WV office.

The candidate will coordinate with Clients, Global Integrated Delivery (GID), and Home Office (HO) teams to ensure safe, high-quality and commercially successful project delivery across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensure where required by law.
10+ years of relevant CSA experience, including 3+ years in technical or project leadership.
Strong knowledge of codes, regulations, manufacturing standards, and industry best practices.
Experience with project estimating and technical proposal development.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical leadership across CSA scope.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet Worley, client, and regulatory standards.
Lead and support technical bid clarifications, vendor data reviews, and certification activities.
Review and authorize work completed by engineers, designers, and specialists.
Contribute to cost estimating and proposal development.
Lead CSA teams and coordinate large multi-disciplinary teams.
